I had an issue with my Garmin 7X Solar HR monitor—it was working intermittently. I contacted Garmin support, and their team was incredibly helpful from the start. They guided me through a reset process, and when that didn’t resolve the issue, they promptly emailed detailed instructions on how to send the unit in for inspection. A week after I shipped it, I called to follow up, and they confirmed that my unit had been received and was undergoing testing. Another week later, I received an email letting me know they’d be replacing the unit under warranty. This was hands down the best customer service I’ve ever received. The staff was friendly, professional, and a pleasure to work with. Sometimes, all it takes is a little kindness and patience—no need to get upset. Garmin has definitely earned my loyalty!
On the second night that we arrived at the hotel after being out all day, we arrived to a parking lot full of cars with no place to park our vehicle. Once inside we noticed that the place was full of people for a private function. While packing up in the room you could hear the party in the court yard. We decided to make alternative arrangements for the night and checked out. On the Sunday the hotel asked us for a bank confirmation letter but 5 days later we are still waiting for our promised refund.
Unbelievable team to work with and an amazing product.
Queried and invoice with them and they are disgustingly rude. There are better companies with better customer service and better communications with clients.
