I didn't have the option of not giving stars I have been struggling for a week to get the municipal infrastructure to give me indications of service to a property I have purchased due to a mistake on their part they registered services to a plot that hasn't been developed when contacted again after emails and finally arranging a meeting with relevant staff I was shown away because they didn't have their offices structured.Im expected to pay for services not delivered the delay effects income and as things are with current level of lockdown obtaining builders plumbers ect is tough enough as it is in a one horse town I would like to see the municipal take responsibility for poor service delivery they have no structure of organisation of any kind I have to wait another week this just adds to the pressure of covid 19 affected income I'm frustrated beyond words I can see how people go the back route and not follow provincial government channels
