Poor management and unfair dismissed from Vansan Sa..

Good day i have started working a Vansan from the 3rd of may this year.After 3months i asked the Hr what is happening with my permenant contrack his words to me i must still speak to the boss.. So sept this year i asked again because correct if i am wrong after 3months they must say yay or nay.. On the 27th of Oct the Hr called me in and my work is done i must go end of oct.. I mean there was no warnings no verbal warnings and the best of everything to my knowlage where Vansan Sa suppose to give me a month to wotk but no just before month end i must go... I am struggeling to get work and i have a family to support..What the Hr of Vansan sa did was not right and there were many people who worked there that went through the same journey so please what can i do to better the situation..
