Vey poor service from Netflorist place an order for Flowers and Sweets tin for my mothers Birthday. And what an dissaster and embarrising experience as only part of the order was delevered. After this experience i have asked for my credits to be paid back to me as i do not want to make use off such a usseless company. They agreed to pay it back but i have been waiting for more than a week now for my money.
I have been contacting Capitec Bank Via e-Mail to require my IT3(b) for my TFSA Since 23/6/2023, 5/7/2023, 13/7/2023, 25/7/2023 and again on 1/8/2023 and every time they only send me a reference number and never resolve my problem. REF: #107559472
I was forced to upgrade on my contract as the previous on is apparently discontinued. The Phone I think is also discontinued. I have to charge it twice a day for 4hrs.

Very very poor service at tis company. After I have installed a vehicle Tracking Device (Amber) in my Vehicle, i had problems with them taking off my debit order from the Bank. When ever i Communicate with them they only come up with poor excuses in fixing this.(They claim it is paid. Which is true but it is some one else Bank account.). So it seem they do not want to help me as they are happy some one else is paying the account.( I dealt with these people: Kevin Ollyn, Zizipho N Mathebula, Jp Schroeder and numerous others that i have spoken to on the phone.

Very poor service from this Bank I have been tying for a month now to get my IT3 Tax certificate 2021/2022 for my TFSA from them just without any success. Have phoned, mailed them and even visited the local Branch.
Hi Virseker. I just want to set the record straight from my previous comment to Virseker. I was contacted by Virseker and they explained to me the situation. I based my comment on wrong info supplied by one of their agents. In the mean time the problem was resolved. Thanks a lot to Jean Van Niekerk who has assisted me. Great from you to come back and resolve the problem.
Very good and friendly service. I needed to do some changes on my Policy and logged a call. I was called back with in 2 minutes and was assisted by Hlengiwe Dlamini who was very friendly and professional. Keep up the good work.
