My car went in for a warranty gearbox repair between Renault Knysna and George. After a lot of lies from the management and 2 months later I received my car back with damages on the body, empty fuel tank and 591 km's driven extra without my knowledge and consent, mileage between dealers and gearbox repair center excluded. Gears are now difficult to select too. Seaman's Renault owner's response to km's drive, "I don't know if I can do anything about that". Pathetic service and management. I bought a signal booster 22 months ago and it was delivered 2 weeks later. It worked perfect boosting my 2 bar signal to full signal on 3G network. About 4 months ago I had a problem with my outside aerial. I emailed them and they replaced it under warranty without any issue. A month ago my inside unit started giving problems, not boosting the signal and going on and off al the time. Again I contacted them via email and reported the problem. After 2 days of sending photos and explaining what the problem is, they've sent me a replacement inside unit. I received it yesterday and it works perfect again. Thanks for the quick response every time I communicated with you and the quick solving of each of my issues. Well done!!
