Supabets are extremely unhelpful. I made a payment in December 2021, the money left my account, Supa bets say they did not receive it because of a technical issue on their end with their payment provider and refuse to help me. I have tried for weeks now to get some kind of assistance but they just brush me off even though I cannot contact the payment provider, they accept no responsibility even though the payment was done through their website. I have been asking them what to do and who to contact so I can get my money back but they just do not assist.
Horrid experience, my medical aid referred me to them to get my fillings done. When I arrived there I was informed that everything will be covered by the medical etc etc. One month down the line I receive a bill of R600 because all of a sudden the medical aid is not covering everything. The medical aid said they have charged codes which the dentist knew were not covered. Anyway, called in to discuss with the accounts department to find out what's going on, I was very polite at first and a lady named Julie was so rude, just started getting aggressive from the get go, telling me that I'm walking around with the fillings in my mouth and now I must pay. really pathetic service and there was no reason to be rude to a client.

I placed a cancellation notice on the 6th of June, they told me I had to serve a 1 month calendar notice period until the end of July. Even though I wont be staying at my current residence after June. I asked if I could at least cancel for end of June and pay the 6 days pro rata which is fair, but no budge. So now I am going to pay for internet which I cannot use, surely this is daylight robbery.
