I purchase an order on the website (https://www.hlfstore.co.za/). The order amount to R1249 . On the website it stated that I will receive confirmation of my order and the tracking number through an SMS & email, but i haven't heard from Herbalife. Right now im trying to understand whether or not am i being scammed because i'm unable to log onto my account anymore , contact details provided does not exist! sent them an email today on <info@hlfstore.co.za> with no responses! i am very much disappointed and i would recommenced anyone to purchase anything from Herbalife online. it's very sad that we are trying to better ourselves yet again we are being robbed I'll stick to buying things over the counter !
I went to istore eastgate on the 24 may to upgrade my contract through Telkom. Everything was done, papers were signed but I was just awaiting “ approval from Telkom “ thereafter I would receive my device but unfortunately it took longer than usual and I was told to go home & they will send everything to the service provide “ Telkom” Today 13 June I get an sms stating that my device is 19 days old and mind you I didn’t receive a package from Telkom nor istore but now I must pay for something I didn’t get ? Was I really robbed by an istore consultant?
