I left my vheichle there mid November asked for updates almost every week the receptionist keeps on saying they will contact me regarding my vehicle still no response every time i asked she says ill be phoned back but i never do get phoned back
Dont waste money on this fiber company no communication lack of service slowest speeds
Worst service ever been stugring since last year September to get help and technical support is rude and unhelpful plus the management promises to phone but never does
Bidvest quick to sell an policy but once you claim they take forever to resolve the problem the more i send the required documents the more they complained i even made a video explaining what the problem is as asked but still they complain today i have requested an cancelation of the policy and yet no response the most useless insurance to have and definitely you will waste money on them
Some of the Sales agents and other agents phoning is one of the most rudest agents i came across just maybe if they treated the customers with respect and wast so rude people would actually listen to them
Food and drinks was great but the music they played was so loud no one could not hear what someone is saying and the language in the music is in a different language than English so wont really recommend the place on weekends for a family outing.
they can o better with communication to customers and after a lot of typing phoning the finally delivered 2 days late but has been done thank you
Place an order on Tuesday 8/12/2020 sent everything they wanted did payment with imidiate release and i send proof of payment to them and the lady said i will have it by today 11/12/2020 and i dont have it now the lady said my payment only reflected on wensday but thats not true she is ignoring me when i phone or whatsapp she also said i should be home to recieve it so took the day off work and now she is saying on monday only so i have to take another day off work and loose more money this is really unprofessional and unacceptable
Bought a bike there about 2 months ago i took out a 2 year warranty extra and took the bike back because it has a over heating problem and they say the bike is fixed after leaving it there for one day but now the bike cut off at 102 degrees and thats after the "fixed" it even when i phoned them a week after and stating the bike goes to 105-107 the guy said its normal it should only cut out at 110 degrees
