Hyperstech/NOVADS - Worst experience
I ordered a smart watch for my fiance' in Jan 2020 and had to follow up on when the package was going to be shipped numerous times and then tried cancelling my order and was told i could not cancel my order before i had received the package (which showed as not shipped) and once i had received the package then i should send it back to them and then they would refund me????? To date i haven't received my package and no refund due to technical difficulties?? And keep receiving email replies saying i should please wait a few more days. Worst experience an has put me off shopping online
