I purchased a tablet in April,I have sent it back twice because the battery is faulty,it will just shut down with no indication of low battery. The person that reviews the item Melissa has confirmed twice that it is not faulty. I am at my wit's end with this , the tablet is still under warranty and I do not understand why I am not given a replacement or refund for the item. This is such horrible service on the returns team,I am very disappointed!
I contacted them doing a follow up on a wine order. The lady at reception kept putting me on hold everytime a call would come through.Eventually I was transferred to a Jessica who was so rude to me,she did not want to give me her surname,was utterly so unprofessional. What disgusting service!!!!!!!!!
