I bought a Dyson cordless vacuum cleaner, VL11, a few years ago from a reputable dealer in Somerset West. When we required spares (Filter and the bucket) for the Dyson, the dealer immediately made the request on our behalf. It is now almost a year later and zero respons from the dealer. The dealer assured us that they made multiple requests for the spare parts (we not the only customers complaining) but no response from Dyson SA. I made personal contact with Dyson SA, never to be heard of again. It has come to my notice that I am not the only person battling with what appears to be a totally *********** SA Dyson representative. Dyson is a good product however the after sales service from the SA representative of the product lacks seriously. I will not support Dyson productes anymore.
I am trying to cancel my subscription with SADV for more than a month now and yet they continue to deduct a monthly subscription! I have received umpteenth reference numbers and yet after a month and a half no-one from SADV has been in contact with me. I have now instructed my Bank to decline future payment. I will most definitely not recommend SADV as an internet fibre provider.
I had two claims recently and lodged it with Virseker. Within 30 minutes on both occasions I was contacted by an agent who assisted me and both times the broken items were replaced. Great Insurance Company! Keep up the good work and thank you.
Initial experience was one of hope and then! Within 24 hours the glass fit specialist was at my house in Herm**** promising to fix the problem within a week as it is a relative small issue. First appointment got cancelled by SMS and thereafter calls to the office in Strand and discussing possible future dates with Jo-Anne and promises that she will call me back with a date never materialised. I have made calls to Jo-Anne 16, 17, 18 21 (twice) September 2020 and none of these calls were replied too. When I asked the person that answered the telephone at Lens Glass to provide me with the telephone number of the owner of the company I was advised that they do not have it and I can talk to Jo-Anne, needless to say the phone got switched off and 5 minutes later I received an email stating that Lens Glass Strand cannot assist me any further. I already obtained a quote from Lens Glass for work to be done at my house in Somerset West, however I will seek the assistance of another company! What started off so good ended in a way and manner I just cannot comprehend.
Virseker is nie verseker nie! DIT IS VERSEKER WAAR! Talm en doen hul bes om hul verpligtinge te ontglip! Virseker kontak my (nie andersom nie), die totale (globale) waarde van my eiendom plus R1 milj (om seker te maak onder verseker speel geen rol tydens moontlike toekomstige eis nie) word bepaal, in 2017. Junie 2020 my eerste eis, vir swembad-pomp. Eis word geregistreer, na meer as 'n week daag die assessor op en diè bevestig weklike skade. Week later word ek meegedeel dat ek nie vir die swembad verseker was nie, dit nadat die assessor hier was. Behalwe vir die skyn wat verwek was dat ek wel verseker is en dan die onnodige kostes om al die pad van Kaapstad na Herm**** te reis val die swembad buite die huisversekering hoewel die swembad ten tyde van die verbintenis in plek was en deel vorm van die totale waarde van die huis. Nodeloos om te sê dat die bedrag in hierdie geval geen rol speel nie maar die beginsel van die saak laat mens wonder waar integriteit en eerlikheid (wat tydens die wagtyd oor die telefoon in jou ore weerklink) vandaar kom. Virseker is blykbaar deel van die Solidariteits Groep (Auto en General) en ek oorweeg dit sterk om al my finansiële bydrae tot AfriForum, hul Regstak en Helpende Hand op te skort. Ek het meer van my eie mense verwag! Ek wag nou nog vir 'n oproep van 'n bestuurder by Virseker. So, dink tweekeer voordat jy deur Virseker, verseker!
