Bad service and wrong part
I bought a vehicle part from Hard2Find Autospares which did not meet the requirement and i immediately ask for refund even before opening the parcel but i was told no refund or exchange. For the records, i actually didn't physically inspect the part in question because of my location. I saw the part advertised on the fb of Hard2Find Autospares page and on gumtree, i was told the part is in their Capetown branch meanwhile i am in Port Elizabeth. We communicated on phone and WhatsApp and i made payment online. I was never informed about their refund policy and was apparently given wrong specifications for the part. I am so disappointed because none of the staff is ready to explain to me, rather they dropped the call on me and refused to reply to my WhatsApp messages.
