Great experience

This review is for Toy Game Centre/Tak Yuet International. I saw all the negative reviews and yes, I almost didn't buy anything from them but I honestly didn't have a choice as I couldn't find what I was looking for anywhere else so I decided to take a risk. I knew there was a big possibility I wouldn't receive what I ordered, especially in Coronavirus situation but I was honestly ready to loose my money. This might seem odd and it probably is but as a parent you will try almost anything to make your child happy and I decided I wasn't ready NOT to give it a shot. I ordered Super Monsters set which included all Super Monsters figures. As said, I couldn't find this anywhere, certainly not for that price so I risk it. Long story short, it took surprisingly less time than expected (I am in Australia and my order was shipped from China). It did take a bit over a month but as mentioned, given all postage delays due to Covid situation that was surprisingly fast. My parcel arrived in good packaging, no damage with all figures in great condition. I honestly don't know if these figures are knock off or not (their joints are movable, the packaging seems original and they look exactly like Netflix Super Monsters characters, they do appearto be a high quality toys...) however regardless my daughter was over the Moon. I can honestly say it was one of the best purchases I had ever made. Also, their customer service was very helpful and prompt so I am really happy, or lucky (in comparison to other reviewers) but from our experience they deserve 5 stars.
