Worst Service
One of the worst companies I have dealt with, or rather not dealt with, on account of their not bothering to promote new business. Twice, I sent my details on their WhatsApp client, to which they said a consultant would contact me soon to discuss my needs. On both occasions, that was the last I heard from them. If this is how they treat a potential new customer, I hate to think what their support service would be like.

Really Impressed
After reading a few negative reviews on Hellopeter, I was a little hesitant to purchase from them and indeed did look at some other options. However, I could not find the product I needed anywhere else and after reading the negative reviews again realized some of them were somewhat unfair. I decided to take the plunge and order. Two hours later I received my tracking number. Delivery took only two days and arrived in perfect condition. I also received support mails asking me to report any problems. I am very impressed with this company and definitely be using them again.

Top Dog Tool Shop
After reading some of the reviews for this company, I was maybe half convinced to buy a Metabo thicknesser planer from them. I also ran into a Metabo rep at Chamberlain and asked him if he supplies a company called " Top Dog Toolshop" he looked at me and told me I could not deal with a better company. The machine I wanted was not in stock as with most things at this time of the pandemic, but I put in a back order. As soon as they did get stock my machine was delivered to my door. This company really IS what other positive reviewers say. They're courteous, friendly, and professional. I recommend them highly.

Maxitools
I purchased and paid for a Bosch garden Shredder from Maxitools to the value of R7,884.99. unfortunately, although I did do a quick online check, I only later found out that the owner, Victor Moima, is the same person who ran the site Shop4tools, where many people are laying fraud charges against him. As with Shop4tools, the phone do not work, and although I did get a delayed response on email, I feel this was just a delay tactic. So, unless you want to lose your money, do not purchase from these people.
