Terrible, rude and unprofessional service

I see I'm not the only person that strongly feel that this business is very unprofessional especially the agent that works there as well as they admin Karen, I have requested to speak to the owner or manager of this company and I was ignored, I was a tenant at 1 of this properties and a specific lady by the name of fathima moosa did not except what made me unhappy as a tenant and resorted to been very disrespectful in front of the whole complex, she is a very unprofessional lady and does not belong in this line of business if this ever plan on been a well established company I really wish I saw these reviews before I moved there If this lady is not held responsible for her actions I will take furture action as I'm a very unhappy client.
