Empty promises for over 5 months

I purchased a wifi ultra booster in January and have not received anything. Everytime I email them, they reply with false promises. I have asked for a refund more than once and nothing has come from it. I'm very dissatisfied with their service and to be honest it makes me question if the company is real or if it's one big SCAM.
