Redemption
My negative experience with this company has since been rectified. Due to a communication misunderstanding certain messages have not reached me. This has since been corrected and I eventually got the service I paid for.

Shocking service levels
An absolutely atrocious bank where nobody seems to know what the other is doing. They cannot perform simple tasks like the issue of credit cards and the cancellation of standing orders. To top it all off their so-called personal banker refuses to accept any responsibility. Ironically their automated phone answering service tells you they are the bank for entrepreneurs. They don't have a clue what an entrepreneur is. Stay away if you love your business.

Don't go near Johan Muller and his company. They are all promises but zero delivery and zero communication. They are a disgrace.

Not being transparent upfront about charges
Too much left in the fine print to be used against you when you decide to change your financier. Not a transparent financier.
