Hell in a very Tiny box. Absolutely Terrible!

I applied for a job at Batho Pele Legal Services and was accepted. The post said they needed people who had knowledge in debt collection but when we got there it was a different story altogether. They were collecting documents for claims. They gave me half a day to know and understand how to do the work and there's 4-5 different things you should be doing at once inclusive of the system that they have and how to work on it. I was so confused. They demanded that I reached a certain Target for the following day and told me that if I dont meet that target, I will be fired. At that time, I had quit my existing job to work with them and even lost it. Ended up with no work. The next day the director called me outside before 12am and told me that I should pack up and leave because I can't do the job and that he can't offer me any training because he doesn't work with training. I had to pack up in front o all the other employees and leave. Jobless! I felt very humiliated and disappointed at how they treat employees at their tiny office without ventilation. I hope no one goes through what I had to go through at that place.
