Fantastic service
Lovely customer service and amazing promotions on animal products. Updates are given on the progress of your delivery. Delivery was fast and professional. I would highly recommend it!

Terrible quality
I assumed that the couches I bought from Rochester would be of high quality, as I paid for them through my neck. They broke after a year, and after two years they fell apart completely. Highly disappointed.

Late, late, late!
I needed a necklace for a birthday present and specifically ordered it with plenty of time before the designated date. I also stated that I need the necklace by this date. The necklace was extremely late arriving. When I called the company to enquire about its progress, they told me it would arrive by the following week. It still hadn't arrived a week after that. This company is extremely unprofessional and makes promises they cannot keep. I would not recommend ordering anything from them.
