Delay - please help!
My experience started of really well. I was being assisted very promptly and felt really good about my decision to book with Ami travel. However, In the last month, I have not heard from my travel manager. I have made full payment and just want to be issued my e-tickets and hotel reservation in my name but no one is willing to assist me. Also my destination of choice is running out of good accommodation very fast during the time i intend on travelling because its their summer season and I worry that by the time some one helps me, I won't get a decent reservation of my choice. (Nb - i prefer not to stay at the one included in package.) In fact the one my travel manager booked for me is now reflecting as permanently closed and I haven't been assisted to make a new provisional booking even. I'm told that I cannot be prioritized....All I am asking for is some assistance on this. This seems like an awesome company to travel with but at the moment I feel a bit ghosted! I also understand that my travel manager has had a few problems and is really busy but i need assistance here. Please please please help me here Ami travel management, I know u guys are awesome. Sunesh Thavar should not be trusted.
This guy is a thief. He stole alot of money from my family. He goes under the name Top class interiors and they operate in the Tongaat/North Coast area. He took money for work he did not do. We lost over R30 000 from dealing with him. He even took money from my mother to buy a stove and he did not put the stove in the house. Pls beware of him! Please never give him any money as he will not do the work promised for it.

Cybergrocer works!
Buying my weekly and monthly groceries from Cybergrocer now. It takes me less than 10min for weekly shopping and I dont have to leave my house. I feel the service is great and Jacob is very polite.
