Wonderful service

Stealing your property - disgusting conduct
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! Dealing with Anna before the move I had no problems with. The truck and movers were on time on the day of the move and the move itself went smoothly. HOWEVER, when I started unpacking I realized that some of my jewelry were missing - whilst being in my bedroom the movers helped themselves to my property! I immediately contacted Anna to report the theft, but this was 2 days before lockdown, so they said they will deal with it once they are back to work. After repeated e-mails, I have still not heard from them and this is almost 4 months after the move. Just yesterday I realized that a spare fitbit I had in my dressing table is also missing and on the day of the move a 5l water was just not offloaded. I find this company's conduct disgusting. They have no respect for others if they can't control their workers. It is no excuse to say that the jewelry box was still on the dressing table. It is painful losing something with sentimental value just because of some greedy criminals. I will never make use of your service again.
