I have contacted the bank to simply ask to check whether I can apply for a credit card. Now, for 2 days I am struggling as they indicated that I app**** online. I did not. Now, they refuse to help. How can they simply not assist with my request. Truly disappointed at such poor service.
I have been struggling for 4 days for Absa to check what the problem is on the url link between this bank and bolt. I cannot request a ride as the app keeps asking to change payment method. After numerous calls with the bank, they refuse to help. I have been on a call today, this morning the consultant stated the problem is fixed. This afternoon after holding for 20 minutes, still no resolution. I cannot get home. This bank is really pathetic. I wanted to speak to a manager, still waiting. What an awfully bad experience.
Sanlam is refusing to help me. They put the phone down when you call. They do not reply. I am struggling to obtain my IRP5 for 2020 for a tax directive. Sars contacted me and states that I need this for my refund to be released. Sanlam is refusing to provide this vital information. They are pathetic and withholding this information from me ********ly.
