Roof Maintenance - Quality of work terrible

<p>I want to warn other residents in the Alberton area to not make use of PEZ Projects advertising in the Alberton Record newspaper. I have made use of their services to do maintenance on a roof, i.e. waterproofing, replace all cracked tiles etc. After completion I have requested some photos to be taken to assess the job since it is a double story building. The photos were looking good. I have paid them the outstanding balance. After a week I got another builder to go onto the roof and check if the work was done properly? He found two places where the fixing and waterproofing was not done properly. The roof was not cleaned at all . It was specifically requested in my initial mail. I have sent 8 emails to Phyllip to come back and fix the defects since 19 June. He promises to come and then never arrive. I don’t think the guarantee he has given is worth the paper written on. I am very disappointed in the quality of work and will not recommend them at all.</p>
