Maurine at head office is the rudest person I have ever had to deal with. I called in to ask if there was a way to redeem a voucher that was lost and she was incredibly hostile, dismissive and unhelpful and because of her I will NEVER support this brand again. They also don’t comply with the consumer protection act of vouchers being valid for 3 years, they only make them valid for 3 months which is against the law.
The 2 times I used Bolt, the first question the driver asks me is ‘what rate did they charge’ I tell them, then they tell me it’s too low and if I want to use them, I must do an E wallet to their account. So I say I won’t do that and then they say ok they will cancel the trip. What an absolute joke. I referred back to Uber and got a way cheaper rate to the same place with no questions asked. Only reason I tried bolt was that I believe it was meant to be cheaper. I won’t ever use them again.
Its been a long time that I have been so impressed with an insurance company!! They are professional, efficient, ethical, pay timeously and without question. I wish I could insure my family under Medi pet and not just my fur babies! Well done guys, super impressed.
