After my complaint on Hello Peter, I received an e-mail from a person called Sizwe to send an e-mail to him at hchelp@liberty.co.za I received an automatic acknowledgment that my e-mail was received and never heard from Sizwe again, although I sent all the information again
The service I have received from Liberty was nothing but shocking. I cannot speak to any one and they do not even reply on my e-mails. I regret ever doing business with this company. We have medical insurance and pay more than R8600 per month for 2 people, but can claim for virtually nothing. My husband has prostate cancer and I am trying to claim for the injections to treat him, but cannot get a human being to phone me back. When eventually I got someone on the line, she told me that she will put me through to the claims department. After holding on for 15 minutes, I put the phone down.
Very bad service from BCX. Spent almost an hour on the phone with different people with nothing solved. Gave me wrong numbers. Never sent me an e-mail address that they promised. First lady was outright rude and unhelpful.
Wanted to buy two grilled chickens for R155 @ Woolworths Glengarry, Brackenfell. They only had one and I had to pay R105 for the one or wait one hour 15 minutes for another one. This was about 12 on a Sunday almost month end. I used to buy only ciabatta bread at Woolworths, but the bread is now so flat, dry and hard that it is practically inedible. This is after the price has been lifted from R22.99 to R29.99. Goodbye Woolworths.
