The whole claim process which could have been stressful was instead easy and efficient. I’m very glad that I was insured through Discovery.
Terrible service. They wouldn't do a site visit and so I provided a detailed inventory, including bedding and towels, and paid in full upfront. Their packers didn't have the necessary equipment to pack the linen and left it. When I asked them to come back to finish the job, I was told that there would be an additional cost which was 66% of the amount I had already paid, again to be paid upfront. When I complained, they just told me that I had signed their terms and conditions so take it or leave it. I packed and moved the linen myself in black bin bags, it only took half an hour. Their attitude was shockingly poor.
