Bought two belts LV & GUCCI belts on the 23rd Nov,she said delivery was within 7days.We communicated on WhatsApp & she kept asking when was i gonna pay & asked i sent a proof after payment. She was even quick to respond she got the money & that was our last conversation. I kept sending WhatsApp & calling without luck to date. She never responded. This is my 2nd incident but i thought things would be different.My R850 is gone to date....
I came across this Shandon clothing on Instagram Bought few items but got some but others i didnt get.Funny enough those i bought first i.e jumpsuits & tracksuit didnt get but the bag & belt got.That was in march.I have been battling for my refund of R2700.00 since but i would be promised this week,then there would be another excuse till now in July.I have submitted proof of payments as requested, again they asked for same,about 4x.Then i was informed the refund was scheduled and mon the 27th they woud make a follow-up but in vain.I have sent them countless emails but no response.I have been communicating with them on their WhatsApp nr but im just being taken from pillar to post.I ended threatening them of legal action but that also didnt help.I wanted to expose them on Instagram because they are forever marketing their clothes but they cant be tagged.
