I have tried multiple times to contact Trudon yellow pages - number goes to voice mail and emails are not responded to. I have sent email to cancel the trudon adwords but have no acknowledgement at all. Very frustrating but my account is being debited monthly !!!
I ordered a gown online from guyown. Paid R969.08 plus international bank charges on 7 September 22. It's more than 2 months and no delivery has been received. When I email the company they keep saying it was lost in shipping and will replace in 2 weeks. Eventually I asked for a refund which they insist they have sent. They ignore my request for proof of refund and I still have not received the payment.
After my complaint on Hello Peter I was contacted by one of the sales reps who apologized for delivery of the incorrect masks and delay in my refund. He promised to refund the difference in money that I was owed . He held true to his promise and I received the money yesterday.
Please do not do business with the above company. On 3rd April 2020 I ordered and paid for 50 N95 masks at R108 each and 50 surgical masks at R23.89 each. On delivery I received KN95 masks instead of N95 masks. I immediately queried this with salesperson Pierre and he apologized but instead of taking back the items asked if I would be happy to keep the product and they will refund me some of the money so that I only pay R60 each for the KN95. Its been more than 3months and I have not received my refund despite numerous calls, messages and emails. This company took advantage of the pandemic and vulnerability of health care workers ( I am a specialist in private practice)
