ABSOLUTELY SHOCKING EXPERIENCE!!!! My car was hijacked on the 27th April and to date i still have not received my car back.... Phindile is my service advisor and i receive no joy at all... my vehicle went in for a change of lock set and minor scratches , Every time i call its a different story, the service is so pathetic... 4 MONTHS WITHOUT A CAR !!!! and nobody cars to offer me a courtesy vehicle for the inconvenience, i have to use public transport...
Worst company to ever deal with! sends you products you never ordered and then forces you to pay for it. we asked them on numerous occasions to have their stuff collected and we do not want it... biggest Scammers ever!
Standard bank household insurance has officially provided me with the worst service EVER!! I have registered my claim on 29/06/2020 and to date i have had no response/phone call at all . I called numerous times for feedback and no luck. i called again 03/08/2020 and a consultant advised that my claim has never ever been registered on the system . when you call to speak to a team leader or manager nobody is available to answer your call. This is my first claim and i receive this kind of service !!!! pathetic
