Big Promises to get me going, paid all fees they required. 5 days later not even a call to let me know whats going on. chatting to their agents and their is always excuses. They over promise and under deliver. Till today still no router no set up or calls close to having set up done. pathethic from the onset. Whoever is reading this do yourself a favor and dont bother about this service provider
Useless, rude delayed and ****s of a company. They promised a client 48 hours for a settlement letter and its almost a week later.
Reading all the current reviews on hellopeter and it seems many are unhappy as i am. My Contract with VOX ended 2 years back and it was on a month to month basis as an insurance contract. I have give them notice of my cancellation with immediate effect for the end of June and they telling me i must pay another month for services that i wont be using due to my move to johannesburg from the current location. and they expect me to continue with them while they cannot terminate my wifi with immediate effect as i am on a month to month basis not on contract for 3 years which i finised long ago. Been loyal to companies like this for so long and this his how they treat you is not worth staying with such companies.
Still after months and months begging cell c to stop they still debit me after hundreds of calls and hellopeter. ******s govern cell c for sure.
After numerous hellopeters your people who handle these complaints are useless at handling completely frustrated clients. Yourl still debiting my account after i told yourl hundreds on times on hellopeter and hundreds of times over the phone. Somebody what do i do. What is the next step. Has to be the ombudsman or im i going mad trying to cancel my month to month contract coz it expired
Asked them to cancel my contract ages ago over the phone no one ever helps at cell c. There call centre is up to the same thing anc is up to. All full of sh.t *******ion. My debit orders bounced because they did not cancel. So i paid my 259 rand worth of debit orders that bounced due to cell c not cancelling or listening. Now again this month i should do it. THEY SAY THE CANT GET A HOLD OF ME BUT THEIR SALES CALL CENTRE TO UPGRADE CALLS ME ALL THE TIME. I ASKED THEM ACCORDING TO POPIA ACT TO REMOVE ME BUT THEY DONT AND KEEP CALLING. HOW DO YOU EXPLAIN TO THE OMBUDSMAN THAT YOU CANT GET THRU TO ME BUT YOUR SALES CENTRE IS ALWAYS ABLE TO GET ME OR MY WIFE.
I asked cell over 2 months ago please cancel my contract as it expired but even after 2 years they dont call back they just continue to debit your account after so many hellopeter complaints they still useless. They have their call centre calling you to upgrade and keep telling them cancel my contract which they said they did and never do. So now i have proof and im going to the industry ombudsman now. I want my money back and all the bank charges for debiting my account over and over after i had given clear instruction over the phone call centre and on hellopeter. . They can call to upgrade you and take your money but they cannot cancel on instruction. Why would anyone use such a useless network. Bunch of idiots work at cell c. I even got an email stating they would cancel and Confrim action over the phone but still debiting my account long after the contract is over.
dont use them, trust me dont, these are snakes that make your money dissappear and have no proper contact channels. there chat line never works and they dont respond to emails properly. seems like everything is AI. trust me guys i had no problems with hollywood bets. one of the best platforms to use.
tried joining amazon workforce and one of their agents is so rude i have the screenshots of the conversation and everything.
Still no response so i will keep giving cell c a regular rating on hellopeter weekly. This is why I'm cancelling cell c. Just go an listen to your call centre agents call with me at 8.33 6th of February 2024. Cant believe she cut the call and didnt bother transferring me. I would never let call centre agents do this. Called cell c months in advance to cancel my contract but even here on hellooeter they say they will respond but dont. They have an automatic reposnse on hellopeter to reply but never call you. Retentions department lady could not help me cancel or even transfer me. We changing our networks and and every agent of mine will no longer be allowed to support cell c. I will teach you the power of my reach and influence thru social media and my own call centre.
