YOU WONT HEAR FROM THEM AFTER THEY HAVE YOUR MONEY
DONT USE THESE ****MERS. They quoted us R2400 to replace a condenser which could not have been new as it lasted a few months. Good luck trying to get hold of them to claim on their "warranty"

Dishonest, don't buy from these scam artists, they will take your money and then the product "isn't in stock yet" Looking at the other reviews I find it strange they have not been shut down yet.

I wouldn't touch this company with a toilet brush
Rude, obnoxious. Had them attend to a blockage three times, until we tried another company which fixed it for a 3rd of the price. Bob then called and harassed the other plumber and me. I wouldn't touch this company with a toilet brush

Dishonest
Dishonest company. They flooded my apartment to R100 000 damage and ruined sentimental items. The owner ducked and dived our attempt for compensation, eventually claiming he has bad memory.

Unreliable, unprofessional, unreachable. Don't make the mistake we did.
One of the worst experiences of our business. Rob White the owner is unavailable and unreliable. Our site is constantly having problems and although he is paid we can't reach him. I would seriously ill advise anyone to risk such an important part of your business by throwing your money down the Cloudbreak Digital hole.

A company that has no respect for the privacy of customers and potential customers. In contravention of the POPI act. There are many more respectful companies that offer the same products with better service, more respect and consideration of your privacy over selling another product by their sweatshop of telemarketers.

Dont use these con artists.
Dont use this company! Their contractor arrived without the right tools. He then proceeded to break a copper pipe and the pencil filter and let all the gas run out. WITHOUT asking or quoting. Then promptly said it would cost R2400 to fix and the compressor was faulty while I could hear it worked fine and was warm as it should be. I explained he had no permission to break a pipe and let all the gas out. He shouted at us and left us with a fridge that had a broken pipe and no gas. We got another company is and they explained the fridge just needed to be regased and that Hillz had actually broken various parts and that they needed to just regas. It cost us R350 to regas but another R1500 to fix the broken pencil filter and piping that hillz broke. Had we just used the second company it would have R350. I tried calling Niki but she now ignores my calls. I expect Hillz are replacing "broken condensers" which are fine. Then taking your perfectly fine compressor charging you and selling your compressor to the next person they con. And so on. Should be investigated. My fridge is now working perfect WITH THE SAME CONDENSER.

Membership fees do not reflect facilities nor services.
#virginactive should be renamed to #virgincheapskates. I notice their facilities remain as limited as possible to save on water, electricity and limit maintenance and service delivery while being a company that claims to offer premium facilities and certainly charge their members accordingly. This industry is begging for competition. If you share my sentiment, share this post.

R150,000 in Damages due to flood damage cause by Bouw Plumbing
Worst Experience - Spare yourself, there are many good plumbers in Cape Town. Bouw Plumbing attended to my premises in Camps Bay on instruction from the rental agents. Steven the owner attended the work, then became "too busy" to finish the job and sent his apprentice. The apprentice failed to block off an outlet pipe and the premises flooded damaging more than R150,000.00 of my assets. When held liable for the flood, and especially since an apprentice worked on the job instead of the Plumber, and his false allegation he told us not to use the plumbing, with no written document to prove his perjury. We have now claimed from our insurance company, which are likely to sue him. We will be approaching Pam Golding, the regulators and employing further efforts to hold Steven and his wife and his company liable for their unethical approach to damages caused and liability taken. Shame of you Steven, your company is a sad disappointment, as you are in business. I can only hope my review helps others, not expose themselves to this outfit.
