BOTSHOP are great guys.
BOTSHOP, so far has usually delivered ahead of the schedule. They have never made a mistake with my order and always use good boxes to wrap my goodies in. Just as a matter of interest, who is BoBshop ? Their site looks exactly like BoTshop ? They carry all the same products too. ?????

Poor Performance Company
This company is situated in China. Despite what they say, do NOT buy from. You will be plagued with shipping and delivery problems. You will also not understand their email replies because it is written in direct Chinese-to-***eon English mode. Even if you complain ten times the best they can do is ask you for a camera shot of your problem which even then will never be sorted out. They advertise good prices and even offer free delivery in some cases but do NOT fall for it. You will never get your money back and as in my case after two months including trips to the Johannesburg Post Office and the Oliver Tambo Airport (I live in the North West Province) you will have to fight tooth and nail to get your opened and damaged parcel. I just had to write off my unusable purchase because there is no one else to complain to. Ask yourself one question : "Why don't Banggood open a store in South Africa ? The answer is that they make too much money as the system is now and they couldn't care less about you or your purchases.

Generally, honest and reliable.
Good electronic components and reliable delivery. Pity they don't include VAT in their cost of goods. Can be misleading for quick comparing prices with other companies. Also, their delivery costs are high (R120 to Rustenburg) and no free deliveries regardless of how much you spend.
