If only FEDEX Express employed more staff like Valdemiro Macome. Dealing with him is an absolute pleasure and certainly lifts my hope in working with FEDEX. Waldo is always in contact, always responsive and goes above and beyond to deliver exceptional customer service. Thank you for making it so easy Waldo!
Purchased a second hand canopy, at first rain, after 10 days the canopy leaked through the windows and the roof racks, which were sold as fitted. They are unwilling to repair or attend to it, as they said I didnt bring it back with 7 Days and there is no Guarantee on second hand Canopies. the best they would do is charge me a handling fee for canopy usage and replace. I would think twice before spending any money with them!
Fedex Express as the name suggests is nothing relating to Express at all. As a Golabl Business one would think they are committed to retaining customers at this time. Over all my years of business I absolutely detest dealing with them. The import department, does not acknowledge or respond to multiple emails, phone calls and enquiries and instead place blame on customs. Palesa in the import department, does not respond to multiple emails and phone calls over 1 week, regarding an incoming, advance paid shipment. It is unacceptable that as a paying customer we should have to put up with bad customer service, poor communication and total disregard for what they have been paid to handle!
