Hello...i mistakenly put money on a wrong account and on my way home i realized that I have done a mistake i went back to capitec hoping they will reverse it for me so the consultants called head office and the gave me inc no 74917339 and told me to come back after 14 days when I returned they told me that they cannot get hold of the person so i must go to the police and open a case. I went to the police and explained everything to them they told me that they cant open a case for me coz I m the one who made that mistake ..so i went back to capitec and the consultant told me to go to another police station maybe they will help me so now im confused .
