On May 2019 I saw an ad by Barloworld Khula sizwe to buy some shares and I did my research and I decided to buy for R2500,since I couldn't pay the money myself cos I was working I asked my brother to pay for me in Krugersdorp, he sent me a proof of payment after paying and I also received a approval message from Barloworld that my shares will be allocated. In October 2019 I received a message that if I didn't get shares I should call so that I can get my refund and I couldn't find my slip on the phone then this year 2020 I decided to do follow up to see if I can get my refund and I was told I can get a copy from nedbank and I had to go to bank and speak to the manager few times about the deposit slip and she told me it will take a few days but she will get it and she sent it via email and I forwarded it to Barloworld and they said I will get my refund by Friday but I didn't get anything that Friday they called me on Monday to give me another excuse that I used someone's reference and they allocated some shares for that person and I asked them how come that me and that person used same reference, same branch and we went the same time and they couldn't give me an answer.The management from Nedbank Kagiso offered full assistance to the Barloworld but still refusing to refund my monies. I am very interested to find out how many "Investors" are struggling to recoup their investment application fees
To Barloworld Khula sizwe I wish I knew how many people you robbing of their hard earned money,the 1st time I called you guys you said you said you can see that I paid but you need proof of payment and I went up and down from Benoni to Krugersdorp to get that copy since it wasn't me who made the payment and I even sent you proof that I transferred money to my brother to pay for those shares, I sent you the copy you wanted and you come with so many stories that I used a wrong reference but the lady said my money will be in my account by Friday, while m expecting my money I get your call on Tuesday you came up with another excuse asking for the the telephone number used when the money was deposited and when I give you numbers you tell me my brother used 076 instead of 073 and I can't get my money cos the reference used the person has been allocated with shares already, I don't understand what games you playing? How possible is it that the wrong reference I used the same person used the same branch and the same day and he/she went the same time as my brother. I called the manager of nedbank so many times because of your excuses to the point where she ended up saying I must give you guys her numbers so that whatever question you have she can answer but still you calling me with another excuses that she s not answering yet she spoke to you guys so many times. What must i do to get my money back?yes I understand I can't get the shares anymore but can I please get my money
