This is not the first time Cell C has ben inflating my bill without my approval. I received a call from 0100610291 and the gentle man advised he is calling from Cell C. He than proceeded to advise me of my Bill tis month of R323. To my surprise my bill is normally R249. he advised that is has gone up to R265 as per annual increase. I than asked him why the bill so high. He advised that 100Mb + 100MB have been activated on the 24 June at 13:37. I advised him i will call the Customer care regarding this . He offered me an upgrade and advised him i will call in. I contacted Customer care on 09/07/2025 at around 10:50 spoke to a lady by the name of Zanele. I advised her that I am disputing my bill. She advised me of the amount of R323 and that I called on the 24 June to purchase the 100MB + 100 MB of R51 and of which it includes VAT of R42. The lady (Zanele) asked me to hold as he looks into this and than put me through to the IVR to rate her service. She basically did not know how to help me and decided to not give me answers. I did not call Cell C on this date to purchase any data. This was added on my account with out my knowledge. This is not the first time my Bill has gone up because someone from Cell C activates these plans with out contacting. I did not purchase any data from the centre nor did I call or receive a call from Cell C on the 24 June. Can this be investigated and my Bill rectified please. Cell C has this tendency of doing this. I have upgraded my contract with a lady by the name of Hloni who gave me good service.
Good day This is another complaint I have with this company. I have already cancelled 2 of the contracts I had with them to to bad services and credit checks being made on me without my knowledge. I have a data line and currently paying R249. I missed a debit order and was charged R70. Of which I understand, now this came up to a total of R418. I queried this with Cell C and was told some call premium something was added on the 23 of September. I have no knowledge of such and I never even received a call regarding this and I do not know what its even for. The manager I spoke to logged a ticket and I was called back on the 24 as they will investigate. till this day I have not received any feedback on this matter. Cell C is ****ming people by adding things on accounts without the account holders knowledge.
I do not know what is wrong with this company. Last they told me that the enquiry that was made without my approval was going to be removed. This weekend I receive an SMS that an enquiry has been made on my name. I check today and its Cell C again. Why does this company keep doing this and this messing up with my credit score. My contracts are expiring end August all 3 will be cancelled . Every time I complain nothing gets done, i just receive a call and that they will get back to me and that will be the end of it Please remove these enquiries on my name. Bad Customer Service I had a complaint of which i received a call last month that they will call me with the outcome. No one has called back instead I received a SMS from Cell to rate the level of service. I have just checked my credit report and it still reflects on the report the credit check that was done without my concern. A lady that called me last month advised this will be resolved when the new month starts as this can not be removed on my name mid month. Till today no one has called me back to advise what has been done and how have they dealt with the agent that called me and did this. I am very angry at this company and I don't wish to continue with them.
I do not know what is wrong with this company. I received an SMS that a credit enquiry has been made on my name by Cell C yesterday. Who gave the permission and this is messing my credit score. I had a compliant last week and was told to go instore. Now a credit enquiry has been made without my permission. What is really going on with this company? So now this company is making credit enquiries without asking for permission? The gentleman that called yesterday called from this number 011 010 7928 said he is calling from Cell c and can see i have 2 inactive numbers. I told him i tried doing a sim swap and upgrade but was told to go instore. This gentleman said he can help me wit the sim swap than dropped the call afterwards. I never agreed to doing the upgrade nor sim swap. Now I receive an SMS today regarding tis credit enquiry. Hello I have been a Cell C customer for years and currently have 3 contracts of which they are all up to date. I am due for an upgrade and attempted to upgrade over the phone and they requested for ID. I sent it and than they wanted other pages of the ID of which I do not understand as I do an upgrade every. I told the lady I have misplaced my ID and only have a copy. I tied to do a SIM swap on of the numbers over the phone and I am to go instore with my ID as the card has been inactive for 90 days. i have always done my Sim swap over the phone even if the card was not active for 6 months. I am so tired of the run around I always and sim swaps over the phone cause it is more convenient and I do not have time to go instore. I am really unhappy abut this and I just want to cancel all 3 contracts.
Good Day My name is Asanda and i have a contract with Cell C. I did an upgrade over the phone on the 12 March 2021 and the lady that was asisting me mentioned towards the call that i will e paying for 2 contracts until my old contract end. before i could agree with the terms and conditions she had already upgraded my sim card. I than requseted that the upgrade be cancelled same day. It took Cell C to cancel the upgrae over a month. I received an sms on the 23 April that it has been reversed. I kept in contacting with Cell c that i was not put on my old contract. My normal bill is about R530 or so. But in May an amounht of R700 and odd was deducted and June they deducted R1043. I am not getting any assistance no fedback is been given to me instaed i get the same answer that my case is with Fianance. If Cell C can se that the mess up is on their side why are they not refunding my money but instead they contine billing for a contract i reversed. I am very upset as this is almost the 2 month communicating with Cell C but i am not geting no assitance. I have opte to cancel this contrct now because i am tired of being outt of budget.
I booked my car for service and i was given the 09/09/2020. I took in in the morning an just after 7. An assessemnt waws done by a gentlemen na,med Siya, we did the rounds on the car and saw a scratch on my bumper. I have a scratch on the left door that he missed and i tiold him that he missed a scratch and we wen back and he marked it of the assessment sheet. I signed and left the car. I received a call around 14:00 that my car is ready. I went to pick up the car around 17:00. The first thing i noticed is the crack on the wind screen. I was wit my partner and he put his on the chip and gave back with a poece of glass on his finger and shoed the lady that was with us from reception. The lady also put her finger on the chip pand rubbed on it. She went and got the asses*****t shhet and said it is marked and there and i signed. She said let me call the manager Mr dawivd Verwoerd who came and looed and said this could be becuase of the heat and looks like it craked as it had a chi. He than said he wa not there for the assesssment so he wouldn't know they will call Siya who did the assessemnt. Siya was out and drove in he was asked if he saw the cracdk i when he did the assesment and he can not remeber but i signed the assesment sheet and he marked it. My question to them has the ar been waswhed and they said yes. I asked how come there is a piece of glass and were was the car parked. I was told it wasw parked under a tree and i could see the leafs by the wipers. I told tem it looks like something fell on the wind scfreen and cracked it. The managers response was what do you expect us to do as your signature is tere. Unfortunatley i was not given a copy of this when i left the car. He tha later said everyytime they serice cars there are people who come and access the wind screens for chips. The lady at reception asked if i recfeived a call from them and i said no. Mr Verwoerd said they did not come today. Later a gentleman came with a cel phone and said the lady tat waw there is on the phone. he spoke to her and handed the phon over to me,. The ladey just said the reason why we did not cvall you yor car had a crack not a chip. Firstly Mr Verwoerd said those people were not there yester day and now all off a sudden they came. They were contridicting themselves. I asked to see the footage Mr Verwoerd went to the office for few minutes and came back with a picture on his phone. He shwoed me a blury picture and kept sayying there is the crack of i told him the picture is blury i do no see the crack casuse the picture was taken with a cell phone on the foootage. I am very unhappy with how this was handled and i told them that they could have manipulated that document after they realised its cracked. I left as i was very upset
I have been using them till recently that is on the 3rd august i consulted and blood was taken on 3rd of August. I experienced swelling the same day. The next day there was a bruise and it got worse the third day. I went back on 3rd day and the lady that assisted me said its just a bruise and there is nothing they can give me. This got worse and it was. On the 11 August i called to check on my results and they said they will call m back. the lady which i did not take down her name said that the lab has lost my blood sample. I asked her how is it possible. She said i must come back to draw blood again. This is when i told her that i have a big bruise on my arm and no one can give me answers. She just said well we will wait from you if you would like a refund or have blood taken again. I am disgusted at how this is being handled at Quali health in Alexandra. No one cares and i do not understand how my blood sample got lost at the Lab as the lady say. They need to prove that this was collected by the Lab as they claim. I am stilled bruised and it looks terrible.
