Disappointment
I had a pool installed 2020 just before covid happened which I was happy for.We used our pool throughout the year. I had no problems at all with my pool except for coping that was lose and this was actually picked up by Taureeq after I posted pictures and he asked me to remove it because it was not a good advert for De Cerff properties and he came to repair it.I was so happy with my pool that i even referred them to friend's who had pools installed as well.. recently my views on them changed in May I asked him to repair my pool pump. I had to pay R1400,00 into his wife's account and he came to collect the pump. It is now the 19th August and the pump has still not been returned. My messages on whatsapp does not get read or gets read but is ignored, constant calls to his number and that of his wife goes unanswered.He is online on whatsapp but no responses. My pool which was my pride and joy has now become a swamp and a very expensive ornament and they just do not care. By taking my money and my pump and not returning it has made them *******.To say I am disappointed in de cerff properties is an understatement. I WILL NEVER REFER ANYONE TO USE THEM AGAIN

Excellent job done, we are extremely happy with our pool installation and very affordable. No stress to us rubble was removed as well. Job done in good time as well. Thanks Taureeq and team. This has been one of our best buys
