I bought new tires at BestDrive Comaro and left my car for fitting and alignment . When I came back to collect my car one of the wheels had all 5 nut caps missing and I was told the wheel had no nut caps when I left the car. I was 100% sure the wheel had all 5 nut caps because I had taken a pic 2 days before when I went to get a quotation. It was the first thing I noticed because I could easily see something was different. With all this evidence and all, no one seemed to care and the sales guy never apologized and said there was nothing he could do. I was very disappointed especially after paying so much money and no remorse whatsoever shown. Although its something I can easily purchase and replace, the issue is in the way customer matter was dealt with. A sincere apology will have made a huge difference. I don't think I will ever go back to them again !!!
