After my complaint. I was contracted and everything was sorted out promptly, thank you to the consultant who called to do a follow-up and promised that I would have my panic button by Friday, which I did get. Hopefully in future customers are not the ones who have to take it upon themselves and do follow-ups ..
After submitting my review I was told that a consultant will contact me, and guess what? Nobody contacted me. It’s just been a horrible experience with them
I purchase my first car with Mr Car, it was a pleasant experience and hassle free, Roshan and Rowena who handled everything regarding the approval of finance and taking delivery of the vehicle were excellent, their customer service was brilliant, they were transparent, and reassured me with every question I had to ask. I am beyond happy with my purchase , my car is clean, drives smoothly, and I have not experienced any problems since, and I hope it continues that way.
I had purchased my first vehicle and had entrusted Matrix with being the company I use for tracker- on the 11th of October 2024 I got tracker fitted , I had taken the plan which included the panic remote, meaning I was to pay R219, I did not receive my remote on the day, as the gentleman who fitted the tracker explained that I will get it sometime in the month of October as they have ordered them, that was okay as I understood, up until this day 09-01-25 I have not received the panic button, however I get charged for it on every debit order date. I am beyond furious as they have been telling me that I will get it, since October, they do not even take the initiate to update their customers , instead we have to call them to follow-up , which is ridiculous to be honest, the last time I called I was told that I would get it by end of November since then, I have not bothered to call in hopes that they will call or that I would have the panic button, but nothing. They don’t call , or email. You have to run after then to provide you with a device that you pay for. The worst customer service to be frank.
I have just taken a policy for my pet , and Taryn Wright explained everything with such detail and patience, such great customer service from her. Professional and efficient service. Thank you Dotsure.
