Bad service

Shocking service as I rented a 1 ton trailer and only 3km on the road with half a load the wheel fell off. Contacted the office to assist, can't send someone out because no one is on standby, picked up 4 of the nuts which 2 was still in working order and the others nuts threads was completely stripped, the hub threads was also damaged as the nuts also struggle to fit. Had to dump my load next to the road as the trailer needs to go back to the rental office to exchange the trailer. On arrival and after a big argument they denied an exchange on a trailer as the damages and cots needs to be paid first. Paid in full and took another 1 ton trailer to collect my load next to the road, same load same trailer for second time and had no problems. Be aware that as they say the wheels and nuts are tighten, it doesn't mean that the wheel nuts and drum threads are still in a 100% condition. You being held responsible for Trailer Town trailer rental and their bad service and so called daily checks. Lost a lot of money and couldn't complete my project.
