Trustworthy & Impeccable Service, Highly recommended!
Having to deal with an insurance claim is never easy. I had a claim on two apple computers, they were custom-built machines & being a video editor my whole life revolves around my Macs. I lost 8TB of data on my main Mac, Hilton @mango Appliances was incredible thought the whole process, he tried everything he could possibly do to get to the bottom of the problem while at the same time having the best interests of both the insurer and I at heart. He was so professional, honest and everything he did was with integrity. He followed every process and did not rest till everything was figured out and sorted. Sadly I lost my data which was impossible to retrieve (Trust me we tried everything) but my main laptop was replaced and the other repaired. I was kept informed by Hilton and the office, they followed up every step of the way and made sure everything was ok. I highly recommend them for any insurance claims and repairs.

Naked are totally disrupting the insurance game, this is the future of insurance, give them a try you won't be sorry. The app and way they work is so refreshing and rather fun to use too, even tho the bot handles so much it feels like one of the most human insurance companies I've ever used. You feel part of a family and the whole platform is based on integrity and honesty for the greater good. We had a major power issue and the assessor they sent was so professional and felt 100% safe and confident and the entire claims process is very thorough and efficient and they really have your back.10/10 from me :)

Dotsure is one of the best companies i have ever dealt with 10/10
I really just need to thank everybody I have dealt with at the Dotsure family, from Jodi Muller who sent me so much info when I was comparing all medical aids for my two rescue pups, she really was my 1st window into how awesome dot sure is, and I'm so happy I joined, our one pup is so strong and the other had so many problems and things that not even the top vets had ever seen. No matter what the problem was dotsure was there to help, there staff is so friendly and fast and processed my claims mostly on the same day and payments cleared super fast. The admin is so professional and they really explain what you are covered for. They really do care so much for you as a client and most NB your pets, from the get well cards to the most efficient service ever. I cannot recommend them enough. Every staff member I dealt with was just fantastic, Thank you all, Anneke Olivier, Rebecca van der Breggen, Arina Reyneke-Meyer & Georgia Papers for looking after our little pup right to the very end (I didn't even have to call to amend my policy when our lil Kiko passed, it was just done and mailed through to me with a follow-up call) Dotsure you are amazing, It's so refreshing dealing with a company that is run with such high standards and incredible staff and work ethic, we really do feel a part of the dot sure family :)

Pet insurance
Finding the right pet insurance can be tricky, i did a lot of homework and decided to sign up to Dotsure. My consultant Jodi Muller was amazing and one of the main reasons for me feeling comfortable signing up. I had a lot of tough questions and did many comparisons, she was so informative and friendly every step of the way. There are so many things to consider when signing up and she explained everything in detail and im confident that im in good hands and with a great company. I suggest doing your homework and find what insurer best suits your needs as they are not all the same. DotSure was a great choice for me.
