If you want to be disappointed then Sipho is the guy. If you want a team that does not use the correct tools, and have to borrow yours, these these are the guys. If you want to re-do some work yourself because they cannot see what you are talking about and says the actual reason is that you JUST ACTUALLY DO NOT WANT TO PAY for the job and that you just want to knock the price down, then these are guys. Very bad workmanship and the finishing is non existent. Corners of cornices all at different angles ranging from 20 degrees to 70 degrees, with massive holes where the joins are supposed to be and filled with copious amounts of silicone in an attempt to cover the problems. Nails and *****s in clusters and sticking out by miles adorn the length of the cornices, with sections being hammered away as they kept on trying to make the cornice stay in place makes it nearly impossible to fix. Another reason given was the builders did not build the house straight and a coat of paint would fix everything. Only after a lesson from myself on how to cut cornices at 45 degrees and fixing some of the main areas myself, did they wanted to start joking seeing as they now could not claim innocence any more. I am just so tired of these cowboy builders with fake reviews and stolen pictures claiming they are professional, only to find you were once again taken for a ride. If this is the kind of service you want then Sayi Contractors is the company for you. Stay away, stay very far away.
