THIS IS THE BIGGEST ****. Everything looks legitimate, and the prices are amazing. As soon as you have placed your order and paid for it, the problems start... An untraceable tracking number is provided, as well as a Very ***** website to track your parcel. Needless to say that the parcel is NEVER delivered, and all email queries are responded to with a computer generated email. I have tried unsuccessfully for three months to either get the goods I have ordered, or a refund... PLEASE BE WARNED THIS SO CALLED COMPANY IS A ****!!
I am thoroughly fed up with Edgars. The company has had a few changes of holding companies recently and there seems to be no communication between any department within the company. When lockdown started in March, I contacted Edgars to make arrangements to fulfill my obligations. It was agreed to pay Edgars an amount that I could afford every month as I was unable to work. In spite of this arrangement I have had to endure countless harassing emails, telephone calls and SMS messages. My email messages were ignored and the harassment continued relentlessly. I was unable to reach them telephonically. I paid them every month. They kept adding an amount for "account protection" The one time I was able to talk to someone at Edgars, I was told that I had to claim from a third party. In my last email to Edgars/RCS, I requested that they send me a final settlement amount, so I could settle the account and close it with immediate effect. I am still waiting for a response. In the meantime I carried on paying the outstanding amount to bring the account up to date. My last payment was on 27 November 2020. On 5 December 2020, I received a SMS message to inform me that the account is still in arrears and that no payment was made. I am instructed to go to my nearest Edgars store and make a cash payment in store. I am really at my wit's end. Please advise .
