I am a régular customer at Regal. I find their service to be outstanding provided you are prepared to understand that there are a million and one items they deal with and there is a possibility that there may be more than 1 componants that can be damaged but they always inform you. I have great respect for there sales and techinical team.Keep up the good service. Have a blessed Christmas and a Prosprous New Year.
I will advise the public not to deal with this company as they do not maintain business ethics. I spoke to a lady Stacy regarding toner for a Konica Minolta she said that she had stock and gave me a price and also emailed me a quote. She offered me a delivery option of which I said no as I needed the ink urgently I am on my way to collect. As I was on the M2 heading g towards Midrand I got a call from the a Mr Innocent Samuel Maphumo stating that he can deliver the toner to me in an hour as his driver has the toner with him. I agreed to that and waited. 2 hours later I tried calling Samuel he did not take my call so I called Stacy she answered my call and said to me she'll get back to me, which did not happen. I then tried calling both Stacy and Samuel and got no answer from either one of them. I then called Samuel from my wifes phone and he answered this now 3 hours later. I was a bit upset and asked Samuel if he is going to deliver my toner or not His reply was I will call you now I am going to check were is my driver. I waited a further half an hour and did not get any response from him so I tried calling him from my phone and my wife's his did not answer. I while later he sends me a message that he cant talk now..So I replied to him asking if I was going to get ink today or not and waited for his reply about 15 minutes. I then sent him a message asking him you can't talk and you also can't message. He only replied to me at 15.40 to say he will deliver tomorrow, so I replied to him and said don't worry. I will source it from another supplier but I am going to expose your professionalism on hello peter. His replied to me saying don't be like that you didn't buy from me. I replied to him stating I did not buy from you because you couldn't deliver. Be very wary of this company as I do not see them being a reputable company. I am lucky that I did not pay any money.
