Property agent scammers

I got in touch with these scammers when I wanted to get a tenant for my apartment in Midrand. I signed the thing the placement contract on 22 Sep 2021. However, Contract with tenant was signed ka di 20 Sep 2021. Before we agreed on this. Our agreement was that the tenant would move in 1st of October 2021, however, the contract says tenant will move on 01 November 2021. I am therefore supposed to keep the unit vacant for an entire month. The tenant was offered 24 months contract, which goes against what I agreed on, 12 months. The tenant will also be moving in with another individual, which is something I was never informed off. Only seeing it when they send move in forms for the body corporate. On top of that, they don't respond to my texts and and calls, they're always busy. They weren't so busy for me when they were still asking me to agree for them to place a tenant at my unit.
