no willingness to assist
very unsatisfactory service at kfc mandela square ,very ad customer service i purchade a 9 piece bucket and they prepared my bucket and left it on the counter instead of calling y slip number they continued to assit other customers from the drive through.i had to ask the gentleman at the till about my order.didnt even bother to apologies even after asking for supervisors name`.customer service is very poor.staff not showing willingness to assist.

Unsatisfactory service provided.my order was dry didnt have any lettuce instead they put a rotten like cabbage meat was dry as well

horrible customer service by Mr Price call centre agent Jackie.
i called mr price call centre to enquire about my account.got through to a rude lady by the name of Jackie.when i get through just after she introduced herself before i can even state my query she advised that i hold as hey system is slow.before i can even reply i was on hold for few minutes. and when she came back no apology or acknowledgement for the long wait.she started by demanding my details and also interrupted while i was trying to say what my query is she is talking over me.i am so dissapointed in her customer service .she didnt show any willingness to help me ,she was in a hurry to get me off the call.without any apology she went on and on talking over me....her service was very terrible and i hope QA finds and listen to that call

DISGUSTING SERVCIE EVER!!!!!!!I HAVE RECEIVED AN SMS FROM MEDACO CLAIMING I HAVE BEEN HANDED OVER TO THEM BY SOME COMPANY.AND I NEED TO PAY 9000 .I CONTACTED MEDACO IMMDIATELY TO ENQUIRE ABOUT THE COMPANY THAT HAS HANDED ME OVER.I HAVE BEEN CALLING AND SENDING EMAILS BUT TO THIS DAY,MEDACO HAS NOT PROVIDED THE NAME OF THAT COMPANY BUT IS THREATENING TO BLACK LIST ME.I FIND IT SO STRANGE IF MEDACO CANNOT PROVIDE THE NAME OF THE COMPANY THAT THEY CLAIM HANDED ME OVER TO THE,I RECENTLY SETTLED ALL MY ACCOUNTS IN AUG2022 AND ITS VERY ANNOYING AND ALSO PROVES THAT MEDACO IS A SCAM.........HOW THE HELL ARE YOU NOT ABLE TO LET ME KNOW WHO HANDED ME OVER TO YOU...MEDACO SUCKS FULL TIME
