Oscar was amazing answered all questions with patience. I have been with dotsure before, the experience was just like coming back home to a friendly service.
My experience was the worst ever. The guy who claimed this as his business came to assist with the lock which was not turning. He never gave estimate before he started the work. When lock was out he then started giving different prices. I just felt very uncomfortable and ended charging me 1595 without replacement of the locks. The door is open without any lock. Unfortunately I did not have such money I had to ask my kids to assist. After 10 minutes I got the money. What I did not like I'd him starting work without providing an estimate. That to me was *********. When i said i will write a review, he said he will remove it after 6months.Just be ware of this guy.
I was at the bank two saterdays in succession. Both days it took me more than three hours being attended. They have one teller working. It is a mess i am sorry. Will not experiencing it for too long as i am moving from the bank i used for more than 40yrs. Introducef to it by my parents.
Florida and West Gate Old Mutual Group Scheme poor service. I have been visitng this two branches since April 2020 becuase i have been receiving sms to say my i was in areas. Irrespective of proof of statements and proof of my payments which i presented to both branches i continued to receive the smses. Around end of May someone by name of Ndou uploaded statements even then i received another sms stating the same. I went to westgate again in June then on 6 July 2020 i received an sms saying all is sorted. On the 26 August 2020, i received another sms saying i am owing. I went to Florida branch, Ndou refused to assist Nompumelelo attended to my quiry but she had an attitude but she called Old Mutal they said i owe August 2018 but she was not sure wether they said September or August. Then i went to get statements from the bank for August and September 2020. She was still having attitude. After she uploaded the statement as per report but i never got a reference number. I went back to the branch and she confirmed that my statement were not loaded. I then insisted to be served by Ndou. I was made to wait for two and half hours before i could be assisted. Old Mutual employees must be checked they do not deliver quality work and i think a lot of clients. I am emotionally agreived
