These people no nothing about customer service

Worst experience ever. I ordered 300 meaty bones and upon arrival I was told there was only 250 which is not a train smash. I was charged for Meaty bones and half of what I got was plain bones. Called the shop to complain little did I know I was going to be cursed and called all kinds of names by Douw who's is in charge of the meaty bones side. I furthermore explained the situation to Frans who promised to investigate the matter and get back to me instead now they are not even picking up my calls
