Bad Service and tyres

I’m a very unhappy client I got hold of Eugene from Tonway Silvertondale asked him I would like a good Tyre for my 2011 Polo Comfortline 1.6tdi on the 14/04/2020 he said the Sumitomo tyres are good in South African roads so made a plan to go to him on the 23/04/2020 to fit them on long story short been 3months since 31/08/2020 I fitted the tyres then few days ago was raining so I was on my way to work and then I felt something strange on handling and my traction control showed me the tyres not griping the road as it suppose to so then I braked I was skiing almost hit a car So I got an whatsapp telling from Tonway the only way maybe to get a refund I should get spend more money on new tyres and then they will send the tyres for test and I should wait for 3 weeks to hear from them if they gonna refund me then I receive a call from (Thapedi) telling me they got an opening for me to go to jet park for them to do test on the tyres I told him who gonna pay for my petrol and time to go there no answer so now I’m very unhappy client they don’t wanna help.
