THE SAME SHACK BOKSBURG
Very bad experience ordered 2 burgers on special, recieved the burger pattie on both burgers were raw and salted removed the pattie from the burgers , waiter ask me why did i remove the pattie from the burgers ? I replied to her , the pattie is not cooked and salty, she then went to the manager and told him that the customer 'me ' is very unhappy about the food he ordered , the manger never apologized never even ask me and my wife anything, waiter told us that the patties was made 2 days ago , waiter decided to convince the manager to replace our food we ordered , waited almost an hour for the replacement of burgers , then i decided enough is enough im leaving , i wil never recommend anybody or put my feet ever near that place ever again, The Same Shack Boksburg
